The evidence that Brett Favre will end his retirement to play for the Vikings in 2009 is overwhelming. In fact, the only surprise will be if the quarterback decides his surgically repaired right biceps tendon has not healed sufficiently enough for him to return to the NFL.
There have been reports that Favre already has a contract in place with the Vikings and both Favre and the Vikings have made it clear in public comments that there is great interest on both sides. And then there is this latest nugget: Favre is in the process of attempting to secure a residence in the Twin Cities.
We received a tip last night about Favre settling on a condominium in Edina but that doesn’t appear to be a done deal. At least not yet. There were rumors last week that Favre had either bought or rented a house along Bearpath Golf and Country Club in Eden Prairie. (The smart money says he ends up in Edina.)
But where Favre lives doesn’t really matter. What does matter is that he’s actively looking for a place (or at least someone from the Favre camp is looking), giving a clear indication that he must be encouraged by how his arm is feeling. In the grand scheme of things, this is just the latest piece of evidence that Favre will be playing in Minnesota.

Who is Brett Favre?

Nice job on NFL Live Judd !!!
GREAT JOB !!!
Brent ought to get a place with Percy Harvin and Ricky Rubio. They could be roomies.
So much negativity. Perhaps the true beauty of being a pessimist is that it is such a high when you are wrong. The Vikings are gonna suck if Favre gets here, the Vikings are gonna suck if TJack runs the team, The Vikings are so bad, they need to move to L.A. Maybe they aren’t the ones who need to move to L.A.
KR….you nailed it…I’m guessing they will all live in the Land of Make Believe?
woo hoo!!!

There will be no “Favre of July” celebration this weekend. This leaves me dissapointed. Time to drown my sorrows.
All I got to say is wherever Favre chooses to live - there goes the neighborhood……
I bought a Purple #4 jersey on NFLSHOP.COM
The nameplate says
A MANNING

It’s looks like your old pal Fragile needs to start accepting the fact that Brent will be under center this year. 2009 has not been a good year for Freds. First off, the White house is being occupied by a liberal Irish guy with an apology complex named O’bama. Second, limp wristed Al Franklin became govenor (or whatever) of the greate state of Minnesota. Now, Fred will be forced to cheer for Brent. A very trying year. But as soon as it is announced, your old pal Fragile will be 100% on board. Sheesh, poor Freds.
Well it could be worse Freds…. If the Red Coats had won the war…we’d be cheering for our favourite soccer team instead!
God Bless America & Happy Birthday USA!
If it wasn’t for ‘dem men & women of our armed forces…it could very different for us now. Thank them for the opportunity to be able to complain about Brett Fart & our beloved Vikes!!!
TJack or Hall of Fame, two time MVP, Super Bowl winner BFavre? C’mon guys…think team, think team.
Gaborik has a condo downtown I’m sure he’s pretty desperate to sell.

I would like to hear Fran Tarkenton’s opinion on a condo in Minneapolis also. And maybe Len Dawson could speak out on condos as well. People may be clamoring for Trent Dilfer’s take on the comdom market also, I don’t know.
oops, “condo”
not sure what a comdom is

Condos
Take advantage of this weak market while you can. I have been able to locate several condominiums at 40% to 75% below listing price, one in San Fran and another in Miami. The deals are good! The source I used to locate them is good.
